Brew Bro’s have a number of locations around Hong Kong but this one located on Hill road is a special one. Tucked away behind Shek Tong Tsui indoor market, Brew Bros (Sai Ying Pun) is a boutique cafe serving a range of delicious breakfasts, prepared excellently, to accompany an always satisfying cup of coffee.

The breakfasts are a little expensive however for what you get they are well worth it with such effort and control put into constructing a balance between taste and appearance! The mains star of the show is always the flat white and with Brew Bros you always know what you’re going to get. Unfortunately the only criticism is that they could serve ‘more’ for what you are paying however what you get is smooth, tasty, unoffensive and very suitable to partner the breakfast options!

As you can see it was too good to get a photo in time so apologies for that! Advice is to go if treating yourself to a nice sit down breakfast however for a take away coffee there are more options down the hill.

“Way too much coffee. But if it weren’t for the coffee, I’d have no identifiable personality whatsoever.”
