It shouldn’t be there however it is. Situated on Caine Road this is a pleasant discovery that offers an escape to the long trek up to mid-levels. I was welcomed by a overly sized grinder that was completely over sized but put me in the right mood.

A wide ranging menu set the tone with sandwiches a plenty to choose from. I was here for one thing and one thing only, the Flat white.

Upon ordering my coffee I was taken aback by the cost attached however trooped on as I was greeted with a smooth, clean looking coffee. The taste was deep and fruity. The experience was heightened by lots of information on the walls including origins of the beans on offer and the depth of tastes available..

Was the coffee worth the cost? – that is still debatable. If you’ve got no budget on your fix, it is well worth the stop.
